Yoga for Bellies
As Hermione approaches seven months my pregnancy is starting to feel like a distant memory. What I do remember ( besides the swollen feet!) is that nothing felt better on my body than exercise. Being able to spin or do yoga everyday really helped keep me strong, flexible and in shape for her birth. While I was mostly able to keep up my normal routine, towards the end I did switch my regular yoga practice for pre-natal yoga. When you can no longer invert, twist or lay on your belly regular yoga becomes difficult!
