Black Truffle Salted Almond Bark

I love black truffle sea salt! I am constantly coming up with new uses for it. This sweet and savory twist on chocolate bark could not be easier to make. It would be a hit at any holiday party!

 Black Truffle Salted Almond Bark

  • 3  3oz bars 70% or more dark chocolate (I used Endangered Species brand)
  • 1.5 cups almonds
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs
  • 1/8 tsp black truffle sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  1. Melt the dark chocolate over low heat in a large pan until smooth and glossy
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients (except regular sea salt)
  3. Pour chocolate mixture onto a lined (I used a Silpat) baking sheet
  4. Sprinkle a little sea salt on top of the bark
  5. Allow to harden and cool the refrigerator (at least 30 minutes)
  6. Cut or break into small pieces
