What I Loved This Month

For the shortest month of the year we really packed alot into February. From all of our Valentine’s Day celebrations to our anniversary it was a busy, love filled month. Now the days are getting a little longer and spring break is only two weeks away. Here are a few things I loved this last full month of winter!

In my constant effort to be more eco conscious I recently switched to using this bar shampoo and conditioner. It works incredibly well, even for my color treated hair. Here’s to less plastic bottles!

This memoir truly took my breath away. If you are a woman, a mother, a sister or really just a human I urge you to read it.

I recently discovered the new line, Cara Cara and am obsessed with their gorgeous dresses and skirts. I will be wearing their pieces all spring and summer!

For Valentine’s Day I gifted myself this magical little ring to wear on my middle finger. I love how it looks stacked with all of the other dainty rings I wear daily!

A friend recently introduced me to Matchaful, the most amazing Matcha cafe in SoHo. I am hooked and have been going regularly for their Mindful Mint Matcha Latte.

I tried the Lymphatic Drainage treatment at Higher Dose and loved it. I was already an infrared sauna fan but the addition of a lymphatic drainage massage takes it to the next level!
